At Vender.pk, we aim to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders may take additional time during weekends, public holidays, sales, or other busy periods.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer's location and courier service.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout before the order is confirmed.

Order Confirmation

For Cash on Delivery orders, we may contact the customer by phone to confirm the order.

Delivery Delays

Vender.pk is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, incorrect or incomplete addresses, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If there is a significant delay, we will try to assist the customer and provide available tracking information.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order needs to be re-shipped because of an incorrect address.
